Shipping Policy

Orders from The Gertie House are packed and shipped with care. Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 3–5 business days. Handmade, made-to-order, and personalized items may require additional processing time, which will be noted in the product listing.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information at the email address provided at checkout. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. The Gertie House is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been shipped.

Preorder items will include an estimated arrival or shipping timeframe in the product description. If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your order may be held and shipped together unless otherwise noted.

Local pickup is available on eligible orders. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready along with pickup instructions. Please wait until you receive your ready-for-pickup notification before arriving.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the package.
